What Makes This Retreat

So Different

· Business Retreat,Grow Retreat,Grow2020,Small Business Owner,Entrepreneur

Everyone says they’re unique. But you can’t claim to be unique without actually being different.

So here’s how we SHOW you that this event is different!

1 - An Intimate Setting

I’ve been to plenty of retreats, business related and non-business related. I hate that feeling of being lost in the crowd. The speakers are always on a stage, way over our heads, talking at us, not with us.

So the intimate setting of the Grow Retreat really took me by surprise!

And it was a pleasant surprise. Not only did the speakers speak directly to the attendees, but because of the smaller number of people in the room (My first year there were only 42 attendees!!) they could also address issues that specific attendees were dealing with. It also meant that at happy hour, speakers and attendees could mingle freely and true connections were created!

2 - Legitimate Content

We’ve all been to the event where we get to hear all these awesome stories of people who hired the speaker to solve their problems, and are then pitched a “at event only” discounted price to purchase their help, after we already purchased a ticket to attend the event!

My first year at the Grow Retreat I was shocked by the content.

The speakers didn’t promote their own products. The speakers didn’t even tell pointless stories about their products helping people. The speakers told us exactly what they did to achieve the results they achieved, and helped the attendees figure out how to apply those concepts to their own businesses. When I asked Stephanie about it after the retreat her response was “The Grow Retreat has a no-pitching policy. When speakers pitch, the attendees find themselves wondering if they actually received any real content, or if the good stuff was withheld to try and get a sale! We don’t do that here.”

3 - Post-Retreat Support

Lots of events only commit to providing ideas. After the event, figuring out implementation is left on you to do on your own. Additionally, there isn’t an event out there that I’ve seen that provides accountability to help spur that implementation after the doors close and the event is over.

The Grow Retreat helps with that too! Attendees receive free mastermind access from the date they sign up and for three months following the event! The masterminds are designed for accountability and to help you figure out all the details of implementing plans and tools that you might not have had time to figure out at the retreat. I’ve watched it help business owners shoot their growth through the roof following this event!
