    "Everything is about the experience. What are your customers saying when they experience your product? Are they saying anything? I believe a lot of companies don't try new things. They do the same thing over and over again. So we experiment. Sometimes we fail, and then we learn.

    For the past decade I have owned and operated the Gastonia Grizzlies and now the Savannah Bananas. I have hosted Grandma Beauty Pageants, Salute to Underwear Nights, Flatulence Fun Nights and even the World's Largest Pillow Fight.

    My players do choreographed dances at the ballpark, my fans get hit with pies during the games and I wear a bright yellow tuxedo at every game. I even proposed to my wife, Emily, with a yellow tux on and in the middle of a sold out game. We later married at our stadium during a torrential rainstorm.

    With the inspiration of my mentors, Bill Veeck, PT Barnum and Walt Disney, I have developed the mantra "if it's normal, do the exact opposite.

    My passion is to provide fun for as many people as possible and to inspire others to be different and stand out."

    Jesse Cole is the founder of Fans First Entertainment and owner of the Savannah Bananas.
