Stephanie built the largest and most active sales training practice in Central Texas in under two years before launching Grow Disrupt as an events company catering to ADHD brains. She's a three-time best selling author, a TED speaker, the National Association of Women Business Owners Woman Business Owner of the Year, a 2025 Enterprising Women award recipient, a Forbes 30 under 30 Nominee, a New York Life Woman of the Year nominee, and a powerful force in the business world!
Stephanie created the Grow Retreat because she couldn’t find the kind of event she was looking for—one where like-minded entrepreneurs connect, share ideas, and explore innovative ways to grow their businesses. Driven by her own desire for meaningful connections and fresh perspectives, she built a space where leaders can untangle the noise, gain clarity, and leave inspired to take their businesses to the next level.
Stephanie studies the ADHD brain, then uses that research to design events that not only help our guests stay focused, but retain information, and implement it long after the event is over - without spending tens of thousands of dollars on coaching. Onstage, she uses the violin to help ensure her keynotes are as memorable as her events.
As the brilliance-behind-the-curtain for the Grow Retreat, she personally vets each speaker, plans the agendas, swag, meals, venues, and completes the final interview for all potential attendees to create the perfect environment to cultivate serious growth.
Every year Stephanie both opens and closes the conference, bringing her violins, art, and a plethora of other skills to ensure this event is unlike anything you've experienced before.
