Beyond the inspiration of the first day, our goal is to empower our attendees, not overwhelm. Onsite workshops begin implementation in order to ensure that what our attendees learn also gets implemented in their business in the coming year.
We are tired of attending events, learning ideas & ended up with nothing but a stack of notes buried on our desk. So our speakers all build application-focused workshops so the hardest part is done onsite & under the supervision & guidance of the expert!

Our speakers are carefully selected and content is curated by Stephanie with the promise that the content presented will be unique and unlike anything the attendees have heard before.
Because our attendees are all high-performing entrepreneurs, we understand that they've already heard a lot of ideas, and many in our audience deal with ADD or ADHD (diagnosed & undiagnosed).
So! All our speakers are held to high standards in terms of unique content, AND performance levels onstage because attendees won't remember what they zoned out through!

Each aspect of the Grow Retreat is carefully crafted to celebrate entrepreneurs. From the agenda design, to the catering selection, to the swag bag contents. If you're looking for an event that will cram so much into two days that you can't see straight by the end of it, this is not that event!
We start at 9 and end by 5 with healthy breaks built in, lunches, and time to process what has been shared as well as connect with other attendees and in-general, celebrate your brilliance as a small business owner!
